*APC ELECTIONS: Abiru Wins As Lagos East Records Yet Another Peaceful Poll*

It is yet another record-breaking history in All Progressives Congress Lagos East Senatorial District Politics as thousands of Party Faithfuls turned out peacefully to exercise their franchise in the just concluded Primary of the All Progressive Congress (APC) Lagos East Senatorial held on Thursday, 3rd September, 2020.
In Kosofe Local Government Area, Mr. Adetokunbo Mukhail Abiru was announced as the winner with a vote of 41,110.
The executive Chairman of Kosofe Local Government Area, Hon. Afolabi Sofola who was the chief host of the State Monitoring Officials and National Delegates of the APC expressed satisfaction with the outcome of the primary election in Kosofe Local Government.
Speaking to the press while monitoring activities at different centres in the local government area the Council Boss said: “The turnout was really impressive, very encouraging. People have come out in hundreds to observe the primary in a very peaceful manner."
In similar vein, leader of the Election Monitoring Team, Princess Arose experience delight with the large turn-out of voters at different centres in the local government area.
She said: "We want to thank you for coming early from your various homes to make it here, we appreciate you. On behalf of the National Leader of APC Lagos. We appreciate you, thank you so much. We the Monitoring Team for Kosofe for this Bye-election, Lagos East Central as well as the Primary Election for the Kosofe Constituency(ll) - House of Assembly and that is why we are here. We thank you so much."
